Waitrose and the Taste of Cornwall engaged our services to carry out a community consultation and feasibility study for developing a Waitrose store, Taste of Cornwall foodhall, farm visitor attraction and food processing units on a 30 hectare site in Cornwall.
This consultation was carried out using our intelligent community planning system, Concerto. Our system enabled us to consult individuals whilst building consensus within the community. It allowed issues surrounding the development to be comprehensively considered and prioritised. The use of our Concerto system greatly enhanced Waitrose’s Cornish project by actively and constructively engaging with the Cornish communities, customers and interest groups most likely to be affected by the development. The result was a more throughly considered development outcome for the client and the community.
