Kings Lynn & West Norfolk Borough Council, were undergoing a long-term process to explore how to potentially accommodate 16,000 new homes across the borough. West Winch was a potential area for some of this growth.
The Prince’s Foundation facilitated a workshop with key stakeholders in the West Winch Area to examine issues and opportunities.
Woolley’s intelligent community planning system, called Concerto, was successfully used to give those present a chance to voice their personal views and prioritise issues whilst helping to build community consensus.
