Woolley helped to advise and set up the Home of Horseracing Trust to manage the 4.5 hectare Newmarket site containing Palace House, stables and training yards.
Woolley prepared an East of England Development Agency grant funding application, business plan and action plans for all elements of the £14 million project.
Our work contributed to The Trust being established and all plans implemented. Crucial to the success of this project was developing personal relationships and gaining commitment from stakeholders.
The whole site was opened by Her Majesty the Queen in 2016 and has become a leading national visitor attraction.
