Simon is an Asset Manager at Woolley. Simon manages rural property funds for two of Woolley’s key institutional clients. These property portfolio funds contain some 30 development projects at varying life-cycle stages. Simon is also responsible for the capital aspects of land ownership as well as overall portfolio management including tenancy dealing, rental matters and overall portfolio health and safety.

Simon specialises in negotiating Option Agreements on behalf of landowners. He is also responsible for Promotion Agreements and associated partnerships between landowner and promoter including conditional contracts. He maintains a whole portfolio approach to his work, ensuring that Woolley’s client obligations are delivered on time and within budget. Simon is a member of the Country Land and Business Association’s (CLA) Institutional Landowners Group with a keen interest in economics and urban design.

Simon holds a degree in rural enterprise and land management from Harper Adams University, England.

Simon has been involved with the rural community for many years being an active member and former chairman of Bedford Young Farmers Club.  Simon is a member of The Farmers Club in Whitehall and has a keen interest in sports.
