Simon is an Asset Manager handling a number of estates and development projects alongside Nick Woolley for city property funds across the UK.
Simon has a keen interest in Economics and Urban Design, which coupled with his degree in Rural Enterprise & Land Management has led to an ambition of achieving a successful career in property Fund/Asset Management. Simon frequently attends the CLA’s Institutional Landowners Group on behalf of Woolley’s Institutional client.
Simon has been involved with the rural community for many years being an active member and former chairman of Bedford Young Farmers Club and working for an agricultural contractor. Simon is a member of The Farmers Club in Whitehall and has recently joined Cambridge Forum for the Construction Industry as well as Cambridge Young Professionals. Simon is a member of a badminton club and enjoys partaking in other competitive sports including cricket, golf, squash and rural pursuits.
